Commercial Products Service Enablement Description Workstation is Lenovo traditional business. We provide various products to meet global customers requirement, and the business keep stable growth in recent years. Now the business requires service staff to build up end to end service enablement for ThinkStation products, to help Lenovo service delivery team to serve customer well and meet their various requirement. Roles & Responsibility: 1.Design service model and build up end to end service enablement process to support ThinkStation products 2.Align with service chain team to work out FRU parts supply & redemption solution for products 3.Identify potential serviceability risk of new product design, assess the cost impact & service support impact 4.Identify service upsell opportunity and work out upsell service solution in service enablement procedure 5.Monitor product performance and customer feedback after product launch, tracking issue till they are fixed Required Technical and Professional Expertise 1.Bachelor of Science or Technology, at least 3yrs working experience, commercial product service enablement experience preferred 2.Better learning skill of new technology & team working spirit 3.Fluent oral and written English, better communication capability Project Management experience 4.Accept meeting with oversea colleagues for work communication 5.PMP certified preferred
