职位描述

岗位职责:
• 负责开发、接待新客户、拜访客户、制作标书及投标,特别是在轻工行业中寻找潜在的合作伙伴和客户。
• 根据轻工行业的特点,向潜在客户提供技术性的产品演示,解释或服务,确保客户能够理解产品的技术特性和价值。
• 参与商务谈判,签订合同,并负责订单跟踪、回款,同时维护老用户关系。
• 收集高研行业的市场信息,通过日常的客户交流、展会、客户拜访等渠道,了解市场需求和竞争对手情况。
• 协调区域项目中的资源支持及问题跟踪,负责客户的开拓以及行业客户及合作伙伴的引导以及业务关系的维护。
• 定期参与市场调研、市场研究及市场策略的制定,及时报告市场状况。

任职要求:
• 理工科本科及以上学历,机械、机电或其它相关工程类专业毕业。
• 熟悉粮油,医药,新能源等行业的生产工艺过程。
• 掌握一定的销售技能;具有较强的潜在客户挖掘灵敏度;具备较强的销售意识,具有业务签单能力和营销技巧;有亲和力,善于维护和保持与客户的良好关系。
• 熟练运用Salesforce等销售工具,及时更新所负责的真实商机信息。
• 拥有较强的学习能力,懂得如何沟通,能适应较长时间的出差。
• 需要具备较强高的市场经验和敏感的市场观察力,分析力,能够独立管理商品的销售业务。
• 有1年以上相关行业销售背景者优先考虑。

Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development, reception of new customers, customer visits, preparation of tenders and tenders, especially in the light industry to find potential partners and customers.
• Provide technical product demonstrations, explanations or services to potential customers based on the characteristics of the light industry to ensure that customers can understand the technical characteristics and value of the products.

• Collect the market information of advanced research industry, and understand the market demand and competitors through daily customer communication, exhibitions, customer visits and other channels.
• Coordinate resource support and problem tracking in regional projects, be responsible for the development of customers, the guidance of industry customers and partners, and the maintenance of business relations.
• Regularly participate in market research, market research and market strategy formulation, timely report market conditions.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in science or engineering, major in mechanical, electromechanical or other related engineering.
• Familiar with the production process of grain and oil, medicine, energy and other industries.
• Mster certain sales skills; Strong potential customer mining sensitivity; Have a strong sense of sales, business signing ability and marketing skills; Have affinity, good at maintaining and maintaining good relationship with customers.
• Skilled use of Salesforce and other sales tools, timely update the real business information responsible for.
• Have a strong learning ability, know how to communicate, can adapt to a long time of business trip.
• requires strong and high market experience and sensitive market observation, analytical ability, able to independently manage the sales business of commodities.
• 1 years or more sales background in related industry is preferred.
